Product Overview

The GYFXTBY outdoor flat fiber optic cable features a non-armored uni-tube design with fibers placed in a loose buffer tube. The cable core is protected with jelly to prevent water intrusion and migration, covered with a durable black polyethylene outer jacket. Two embedded FRP or metallic wires provide structural tension support.

The cable consists of a central loose tube filled with synthetic oil-based jelly (non-nutritive to fungus, electrically non-conductive) containing up to 12 optical fibers. Two Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) elements run parallel with the tube, enclosed in a UV-resistant black PE sheath.
